Terms and Conditions of Electronic Services and Toll Free Alinma Capital provides investment services through electronic channels (internet) and toll free, where accessing and using such services are subject to the following terms and conditions: Alinma Capital will have the right, whatsoever the reason is, in refusing to execute any application for registration, accessing Alinma Capital website and any instructions or quarries received from the user through the website. The customer has authorized Alinma Capital to execute any instructions received from the customer or the user through the internet and the toll free. Alinma Capital is liable for executing all instructions and requests received electronically or by telephone from the customer, provided that they conform with the work rules and procedures in Alinma Capital, competent authorities regulations and the banking practices according to its sole discretion. The customer acknowledges his total responsibility for his personal usage of Alinma Capital website according to the determined purposes and uses. In addition to his responsibility for conducting investment transactions, whether through electronic channels, banking phone and any other uses of such services by a person authorized by the customer to use accessing data (user name and password), also the customer is liable for fully maintaining them and non-disclosure of such data to any person, party or Alinma Capital staff. The customer acknowledges that the password is considered as the personal signature whoever is using the service.
